Jeffrey "Jeff" Jacobs

Jeffrey "Jeff" Jacobs, age 53, of Genoa, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at Bay Park Community Hospital. Born on March 31, 1973, in Toledo, Ohio, Jeff was the son of Kenneth and Suzanne Jacobs.

A 1991 graduate of Genoa High School, Jeff dedicated many years to the field of computer information technology. He was also the proud owner and operator of Loyal 9 Outfitters, reflecting his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the outdoors.

On September 20, 2008, Jeff married his wife, Lexie, with whom he shared many cherished moments. He enjoyed spending quality time with his family and was often found pursuing his hobbies of fishing, target shooting and attending Walleye hockey games. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Jeff is survived by his loving wife, Lexie Jacobs; daughter, Ellie Jacobs; parents, Kenneth and Suzanne Jacobs; and brother, Mike (Julie) Jacobs.

A celebration of life will be held at Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Monday, June 15, 2026 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. where services will take place at 6:00 p.m. Memorial contributions can be made to the charity of your choice in Jeff’s name.
