Kristine Sue Jenkins, 77, passed away peacefully in her sleep at her home in Perrysburg, Ohio, on Wednesday, July 10, 2026. Born on December 2, 1948, Kristine lived a life full of vibrant energy, sharp wit, and an unforgettable spark that earned her the reputation of being a true pistol.

Kristine found immense joy in life’s simple pleasures, holding a special fondness for apples, snowmen, and traveling anywhere she could find sand and a beach. Her home was a reflection of her warmth, cheer, and deep devotion to those she held dear. Above all, she was fiercely dedicated to her family and her beloved life-long dogs, Iggy, Jake, Gabe, Xander, and Charlie, who were her cherished daily companions.

Those left to forever cherish her memory are her two devoted sons and their families: Christopher Jenkins and his wife, Amy, along with her grandchildren, Matt, Elizabeth, Keith, and Katelynn, and five great-grandchildren; and Zachary Jenkins and his wife, Heidi, along with her grandchildren, Harrison and Zoey. Kristine also leaves behind her dear sisters, Linda Saunders, and Cherie and Gary Duvall, and their family as well as a large circle of friends who will miss her fiery spirit and infectious laughter.

In accordance with her explicit wishes, no formal showing or funeral services will be held. Cremation has taken place, allowing her family to remember and celebrate her life privately.

Kristine’s spark and enduring love will be deeply missed but forever cherished by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
