Lara Marie Swesey

Lara Marie Swesey, 51, passed away on May 17th, 2025 in the comfort of her own home. She was born on November 10th, 1973 to Norman Morris and Mary Keaton.

Lara loved reading, crafts, and all things mystical. From her favorite Harry Potter movies to her favorite book Eragon, about dragons, she always found happiness in the most magical places. She shared her love of unbound creativity in the crafts and jewelry she made, whether it was giving them as gifts or having her favorite people make them with her to create everlasting memories.

Lara M. Swesey is survived by her children, Sarah Marie Swesey and Cassandra Renee Sirianni; grandchildren, Ryan, Abby, Kaleb, Austin; brother Keith; and sister Heather. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Consepcion, and beloved pet Trixie. 

A visitation will be held at Freck Funeral Chapel on Sunday, June 1st, 2025, from 2 p.m. -4 p.m., where a Memorial Service will be held beginning at 4 p.m. Donations can be left in Lara's memory at the Humane Society of the donor's choice
