Leslie K. Mullins

Leslie K. Mullins (Shook), 57, passed away peacefully on July 29, 2026 at Ebeid Hospice Center in Sylvania, Ohio. Leslie was born on December 13, 1968 at Flower Hospital in Toledo, Ohio to Terry and Billie Shook. She graduated from Northwood High School/ Penta Career Center in 1987.

Following graduation, Leslie began working in Industrial Printing Company and went on to work at various jobs until her health declined in 2020. Leslie had a big heart and an abundance of love for her family and friends. She was someone who cherished the people in her life. Her kindness, love, and caring spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Leslie was preceded in death by her father, Terry Shook and her grandparents, Samuel (Frank) and Madelyn Glore. Left to cherish her memory are her son, Joshua, mother Billie Shook, sister Debbie Rohloff, brother Jeff (Debi) Shook, nieces Meghan (Nick) Floering and Samantha Rohloff (Matt Pedraza), great nieces and nephews Maddison, Nash, Austin, Charlotte and Oakley, along with many friends that she also considered family.

A celebration of Leslie’s life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be considered in Leslie’s memory to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or the American Cancer Society.
