Margie M. Manteuffel

Margie Marie Smith Teachout Manteuffel, 93, of Toledo, OH, passed away, Sunday, May 15, 2022 at home surrounded by her family. She was born June 4, 1928 in Toledo, OH to Guy and Helen (Manteuffel) Smith. She dearly loved her family and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Margie is now at peace.

Margie leaves behind her children, Richard Michael Teachout, Marilyn (Lyn) Loomis Jay, James Richard Teachout, David Leroy Teachout, Robin Marie Hurley, and Mark Allen Teachout; her 7 grandchildren; and her 8 great-grandchildren.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the funeral chapel on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery. Memorial contributions in her name may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
