Marian Phillips

Marian Phillips, age 89, of Oregon, Ohio passed away on Monday, February 26, 2024 at Parkcliffe in Northwood.  She was born on January 18, 1935 in Toledo, Ohio to Harry and Agnes Jacquot.  Marian was a 1953 graduate of Clay High School.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, her grandsons were her life.  Marian watched many baseball games at Clay High School and Youngstown State.

Marian is survived by her loving husband William “Bill” Phillips; children, Mike (Sherry) Phillips, and Anne Marie (Ken) Chumley; grandchildren, Jim (Jackie) Phillips, and Paul (Rachel) Phillips; great-grandson, Michael Phillips; and good friends, Verlene Switzer, and Sydney Easton.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Willard; sister, Patty; and good friends, Jim and Louis Ackerman.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2024at Christ United Methodist Church, where family will greet guests from 10:00-11:00 a.m.   Memorial contributions can be made to Elara Caring Hospice.
