Obe A. Williams, 88, of Boaz, Al formerly of Genoa, OH passed away Monday, October 28, 2018 at Marshall Medical Center South. Services were held in Alabama and a graveside service will be held Monday, November 5, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Clay Twp. Cemetery, Genoa beside his wife Carol F. Williams who passed in 2016.
