Pascual R. Hernandez

Pascual R. Hernandez, age 81, of Toledo, peacefully passed away on November 18, 2025, his 50th wedding anniversary at Majestic Care in Toledo. Born on June 7, 1944, in La Junta, Chihuahua, Mexico, he was the son of Ernesto and Barbara (Mingura) Hernandez.

Pascual honorably served in the Mexican Army and dedicated his life to his family through hard work as a self-employed individual. He was a devoted husband and father who cherished spending time with his sons, especially taking them fishing and tending to his garden. A true tinkerer, he found joy in fixing things in his garage. If he wasn't enjoying the outdoors, he could often be found watching pro wrestling.

Pascual is survived by his wife of 50 years, Gloria Hernandez; children Robert (Raquel), Carmela (José), Mateo (Martha), Olivia (David), Elena (Chad), Tony (Corina), and Juan (Raquel); many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and siblings. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughters Rosa and Fatima, first wife Ana Maria, 5 brothers, and 2 sisters.

A visitation will be held at Freck Funeral Chapel 1155 S Wynn Rd. Oregon, Ohio, on Friday, November 28, 2025 from 3 until 7 p.m. A rosary will be recited at 4 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home.
