Patty Hylan, age 64, passed away on October 29, 2015 in her Oregon home. Special thanks to all those who assisted Patty during the last 35 years as employees of Community Residential Services, Inc. or Lott Industries. Special condolences to those individuals who lived and worked with Patty, she will be missed by all who knew her. A gathering and memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2015 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm, at the Freck Funeral Chapel in Oregon.
