Patricia Ann Turner, age 78, a devoted wife, mother, Nana, and the heart of her family, passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2026, surrounded by the love of those she cherished most, in the comfort of her home. She was born on August 31, 1947, in Toledo, Ohio, to the late George and Eleanore (Abrams) Buder.

Family was the center of Pat’s world, and she built her life around caring for and supporting those she loved. A graduate of Woodward High School, she lovingly embraced her role as a homemaker, creating a home filled with warmth, laughter, and unwavering support. Her husband and children were always her first priority, and she took great pride in making sure they felt deeply loved every single day.

Pat was a constant and encouraging presence in her children’s lives, always supporting and standing beside them through every milestone. Whether she was volunteering with the Parent Teacher Association, leading Girl Scouts, or proudly supporting as a dedicated band mom, she poured her time and energy into her children’s lives. She also shared her creativity and passion by teaching ceramics, touching the lives of many along the way.

Her greatest joy came from her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who truly were the light of her life. She treasured every moment spent with them—helping with school projects, attending their activities, celebrating their accomplishments, or simply being together. Her love for them was boundless, and the memories they shared will be cherished forever.

Pat also enjoyed spending meaningful time with her beloved husband, Donald. Together they made countless memories camping, traveling, and taking cruises, always finding joy in being side by side. Dancing together was one of their favorite pastimes, a reflection of the love and companionship they shared throughout their marriage.

Pat will be remembered as a strong and loving woman whose life was defined by her selflessness, compassion, and deep devotion to her family. She was a true fighter, and her legacy lives on in the love she gave so freely and the family she held so close. The impact she made on those around her will never be forgotten.

Those left to forever cherish her memory are her loving husband, Donald Turner Jr., whom she married on May 3, 1968; daughters, Shari (Mark) Mullins, Heather (Ryan Kornowa) Turner, and Lisa (Stephen) Dombrowski; grandchildren, Nicole (Brandon) McCaskey, Courtney (Tyler) Lange, Blake Mullins, Hunter Kornowa, Kaylee (Christian) Orr, Donny Dombrowski Sr., and Logan Kornowa; great-grandchildren, Harbor, Peyton, Braxton, Teagan, Penelope, Donny Jr., Emma, Hudson, Mia, and one bundle of joy on the way, Sawyer; along with many nieces, nephews, and extended family members who loved her dearly including her dog Belle.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved son, Donny Turner III, whom she longed to be reunited with, and her sister, Barbara Mlotzek.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to all who offered prayers, support, and kindness during this time. A special thank you to Nikki and Amie with Sincere Hospice for the exceptional care, compassion, and comfort they provided to Pat and her family.
