Ralph Daniel Mitchell, Jr.

Ralph D. Mitchell, Jr. age 86, of Oregon, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, September 23, 2026 at Orchard Villa. He was born on June 24, 1940 in Swanton Township, Ohio to Ralph and Eileen Mitchell. Ralph was a truck driver for many years. He loved spending time with his family, especially the grandkids. In his spare time, Ralph enjoyed fishing and watching t.v.

Ralph is survived by his sons, Forest Mitchell and Kenneth (Jessica) Mitchell; grandchildren, Forest Mitchell Jr, Nielisa (Matthew) Mellenkamp, Chris Mitchell, Lois Mitchell, Autumn Keaton, Kaylee Mitchell, Danny (Corenia) Barrett, Eugene (Felcia) Barrett, and Tosha; great-grandchildren, Malia, Lucas, Dakota, Forest III, Lakelyn, Billie, Gabriel, Colton, Madelyn, Bryson, Daniel, Jayden, Tonya, Kaitlyn, Skiler, Payten, Bevie, Allie, and Cerria; and great great-grandson, Moe. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Lois; children, Beverly Barrett, Lisa Mitchell, Ralph Mitchell, and Bruce Mitchell; great-grandson, Mateo Ray Walentowski, and his siblings.

Graveside services will take place on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Swanton Township Cemetery.
