Ricardo “Black Jack” Jimenez, 82, of Toledo passed away at his home on Friday, August 4, 2017. He was born on February 17, 1935 to Guadalupe and Josephine (De Los Santos) Gimenez. Ricardo served in the U.S. Air Force. He was a millwright for many years with Uni-Cast, Inc. and Erie Steel Ltd. Racardo was a member of the F.O.E. Montpelier Lodge and the former East Toledo Masonic Lodge. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting and being in the outdoors.
Racardo is survived by his daughter, Sherry Tietsort; brothers, Jessie (Betty), Tino (Dessie) and Lupe (Martha) Gimenez. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Manuel, John and Rudy Gimenez and sisters, Lillian Munoz and Connie Negrete.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Sunday, August 13, 2017 from 9:30-1:30 p.m. with the Funeral Service to begin at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday in the Funeral Chapel. Burial will be private. Memorial contributions can be made to the donor’s choice.
