Roseann Tworek, age 68, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at Orchard Villa. She was born on September 26, 1947 in Peru, IN.
Roseann is survived by her children, Tami (David) Lakes and Todd (Angie) Tworek; grandchildren, Justin (Elizabeth) Neff, Jared Neff, Mariah Snodgrass, Jeremiah (Melyssa) Tworek, Josiah (Rose) Tworek, Isaiah (Miranda) Tworek and Caleb Tworek; great-grandchildren, Isabella and Charlotte Neff and Liam, Harper and Kenslie Tworek; as well as her brother, Robert (Beverly) McIntosh. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Edward “Butch” Kasch.
A graveside service will be held at Forest Cemetery 1704 Mulberry St. Toledo, Ohio 43608 on Friday, April 22, 2016 at 12 p.m.
