Roy Lee Hayes

On June 10th, 2024, Roy Lee Hayes left his pain to be with the Lord. Roy was born February 24th, 1950 in Jacksonville, Illinois to LeRoy and Mollie (Jestes) Hayes. He was a faithful minister and servant of God for 46 years. A wonderful and faithful husband to Penny Hayes for 55 years. A wonderful father of 5, a father in-law of 4, a grandfather of 10, a great-grandfather of 1, and a brother of 2. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mollie, and father, Leroy Hayes, as well as his infant son, Nathaniel. He is survived by his wife, Penny Hayes; his daughter, Kristy (Brian); his sons, Roy (Cari), Matthew (Jason), and Samuel (Dianne); his grandchildren, Hannah, Angel, Savannah, Olivia, Nik (Tory), Chelsea, Zach, Lisa, Samuel Jr, and Sean; and his great grandson, Colton.
