Ruthanne Charis Ford

Ruthanne Charis Ford, 78, of Oregon, OH, passed away Saturday, June 4, 2022. She was born in Toledo, OH to Robert and Ruth (Cannon) Roberts on January 6, 1944. Ruthanne enjoyed walking at the parks and visiting Michigan’s Upper Peninsula to watch the ships pass on the lakes. Most of all, she cherished the time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Ruthanne is survived by her loving husband, Patrick; her children, Mark (Vicky) Ford, John (Heather) Ford, and Neil (Karen) Ford; her grandchildren, Mark “Vinnie” (Kimberly), Brooke (DJ), Jonathon, and Kyle; her great-grandchild, Royce; and her brother, Leroy (Mary) Roberts. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Thursday, June 9, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. with the funeral service to be held at 3:00 p.m. Memorial contributions in her name may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
