Samuel Keith Lenix

Samuel “Sam” Lenix, age 63, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Friday, September 16, 2022 at Bay Park Community Hospital.  He was born on April 25, 1959 in Toledo, Ohio to Duane and Matilda Lenix.  Sam was a 1977 graduate of Woodward High School.  He was a sheet metal worker for Commercial Comfort for 20 years.  Sam was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan and gun collector.  He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.  He will be dearly missed.

Sam is survived by his daughter, Brooke Klavinger; stepsons, Dean, and Danny; grandchildren, Alexis, Alyssa, Tyler, and Gavin; siblings, Michael (Sally) Lenix, Sid (Scott) Newman, and Jeff Lenix; brother-in-law, Joe (Rufena) Hartford; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family. Samuel was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Patricia; brother, Jim; brother- in-law, Chuck and sister-in-law, Sandy.
