Baker, Shelly Jo, age 55 of Northwood, Ohio died at home on June 3, 2020. She was born in Toledo, Ohio to Jack and Janice (Baker) Goulet. She is survived by her sons Adam Baker and Jeff Baker; grandchildren Adam, Jr., Leah, and Jayden, brother Brian (April) Baker and Howard Rogers. She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Diana. Family and friends may visit at Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd Oregon, OH 43616 on June 18, 2020 from 1:00pm-3:00pm where the service will begin at 3:00pm.
