Shelly R. Starner

Shelly Starner, 63, passed away at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo, OH on July 19th, 2025. She was born to Paul and Patricia ( Huff) Webb on March 23, 1962 in Springfield, OH. A graduate of Rossford High School's class of 1980, Shelly would go on to raise a daughter and two sons.

Shelly was a person who valued spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed camping, shopping, and attending Country concerts. She also had a special love for her loyal canine companion, Brody.

Shelly is survived by her children, Ashley and Nathan Duty; grandson, Levi; and brother, Jeff Webb. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Erick, grandson Kenny, sisters Denise and Lisa, and brother Paul (Doug).

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Saturday, July 26, 2025 for visitation from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. with a funeral service beginning at 2 p.m. Officiating will be Pastor Bob May. Memorial contributions in Shelly’s memory can be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
