Sheryl Lee Johnson

Sheryl Lee Johnson, age 70, currently of Oregon and formerly of Millington, Michigan, passed away at home on Thursday, July 30, 2026. Sheryl was born to Roland and Marilyn (Torrey) Riley in Flint, Michigan, on February 5, 1956. She was a graduate of Clio High School and went on to Mott Community College. Sheryl married Kevin W. Johnson on August 2, 1975, and together they shared 29 years of marriage before his passing on November 22, 2004.

Sheryl worked many jobs including Mason Tackle, VG's, and was a manager for the Gap retail store, which suited her well. She loved to shop for a bargain and had a sharp sense of humor. Sheryl connected with the outdoors and nature. She loved animals and camping with her family. Sheryl also enjoyed cooking and watching her favorite TV shows. She adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Sheryl is survived by her children, Kerry Burton, Melissa Myers, and Kevin L. (Ryan) Erard; grandchildren, Emma Burton, Angelica Smith, Olivia Burton, Brianna Johnson, and Jenna Myers; great-grandchildren, Eva, Brad, Landyn, Kody, Ayden, Elliot, Dakota, and Raven; siblings, Steve (Dora) Riley and Susan (Raly) Cooper; and many nieces and nephews. Along with her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents.
