Steven Anthony Gargac

Steven “Steve” Gargac, age 64, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at Orchard Villa. He was born on January 5, 1961 in Toledo to Steven “Curly” and Mary Lou Gargac. Steve was a 1979 graduate of Genoa High School. He worked various jobs over the years as a laborer. In his spare time, Steve enjoyed fishing and gardening.

Steve is survived by his siblings, Therese (Thomas) Krajeski, Vickie (Danny) Perrine, and Joseph Gargac; and many extended family members. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Henry Gargac; and nephew, Brad Gargac.

A memorial gathering will be held at Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Thursday, August 21, 2025 from 5-7:30 p.m. where a time of sharing will take place at 7:30 p.m. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
