Victoria Sue Coutcher

Victoria Sue Coutcher, age 60, passed away unexpectedly in her home Friday, February 20, after battling lung cancer. Vickie was born August 19, 1965 to Gerald (Bob) and Theresa Coutcher in Toledo, Ohio where she lived in her beloved Birmingham neighborhood her entire life. Vickie loved watching her New York Yankees and was a die-hard fan. She never missed a game.

Vickie is survived by her brother, Anthony (Tracy) Coutcher; nephew, Chris (Alexis) Gilliam; nieces, Brittany (Jaime) Howard and Connie Gilliam. Numerous great-nieces and nephews and cousins are also surviving. She is preceded in death by her lifetime boyfriend Randall (Randy) Kille, her parents Gerald (Bob) and Theresa Coutcher, and brother Robert (Bob) Coutcher. Family and friends may visit Freck Funeral Chapel on Thursday February 26, 2026 from 5-9 p.m. Graveside services will be held on Friday at 12 p.m. at North Oregon Cemetery. She will be truly missed.
