Darrell “Bald Eagle” Harrison

            Darrell P. Harrison, 64, of Toledo, Ohio was taken by the Angels to Heaven on Thursday, January 13, 2022.  He was born on November 17, 1957 in Oregon, Ohio to William and Sandra Harrison.  Darrell was a graduate of Clay High School and the Culinary Institute of America.  He worked as a chef for various places including: the Willows Restaurant, Jr’s Restaurant, Michigan Bar and Grill, and St. Vincent’s Hospital.  Darrell was a devoted Los Angeles Raiders fan.  In his spare time, he enjoyed golfing, playing card games, Poker, and Harness racing.  He loved spending time with his family and playing family games.  He will be dearly missed.

            Darrell is survived by his parents, William and Sandra Harrison; siblings, Timothy (Kim) Harrison, Stephen (Tina) Harrison, Bradley Harrison, Saunya (Butch) Ross, Nolan Harrison, and Tiffany (Doug) Blair; and many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Friday, January 21, 2022, from 2-8:00 p.m.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Lake Township Cemetery.  Memorial contributions can be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
