David Allen Cheatham “Sherman”, 47, died Sunday, March 28, 2021, at St. Vincent Medical Center, Toledo. He was born on December 27, 1973. David was a graduate of Waite High School. He was a truck driver at G2000 Inc., a videographer at Toledo Sports Network and an entertainer for the Entertainment Network. David enjoyed music, playing instruments, singing, and working as a D.J. He also enjoyed playing basketball, softball, and golf.

David is survived by his loving children Jordyn and Brandon; father Allen, sisters Sharon (Kim) and Karen (Denise); mother of his children Jennifer Cheatham; special friend Rachel Hastings and his faithful canine companion Deagan and many other friends and family. He was preceded in death by his mother Caroll, aunt Connie Cheatham, uncle Marty Pirolli, and his grandparents.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Thursday, April 1, 2021, from 2-8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held Friday in the funeral chapel at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at North Oregon Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to his children.
