David "Gunzz" Cogswell

David “Gunzz” Cogswell, Sr

David Scott Cogswell, Sr. age 56, of Millbury, Ohio passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2022 surrounded by his family.  He was born on August 27, 1965 in Oregon, Ohio to Joan Below and Charley Cogswell.  David was a 1983 graduate of Clay High School and served in the U.S. Army.  He married his high school sweetheart, Tina on August 11, 1984.  David was a boilermaker for local #85.  He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

David is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Tina Cogswell; children, David (Kelsey) Cogswell Jr, and Alyssa Ann Cogswell; grandchildren, Dallas, Angelo, Jaxson, Quinn, and Grant; mother, Joan (Richard) Nagle; grandma, Virginia Below; brothers, Eric (Vicki) Cogswell, and Collin Cogswell; and stepmother, Pat Cogswell.  He was preceded in death by his father, Charley Cogswell.

A memorial gathering will be held at Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, from 1:00-3:00 p.m. where services will be held at 3:00 p.m.  Memorial contributions can be made to family.
