Edward "Jake" Lohmeyer

Edward “Jake” Michael Lohmeyer, 45, of Grand Rapids, OH, passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2022. He was born in Toledo, OH to Edward and Arnita (Cole) Lohmeyer on July 7, 1976. Jake was a Commander with the Whitehouse American Legion Post. He was most recently employed with the City of Toledo Water Department. Jake loved rodeo and rode for the Broken Horn Rodeo in bull riding, roping and bareback broncos. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Jake is survived by his three sons; his parents, Edward and Arnita; his sister, Monica (Michael); and his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Family and friends may visit the  Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the funeral chapel on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. Jake will be laid to rest at Lake Township Cemetery.
