Francisco DeLaPena Obituary

Francisco DeLaPena of Oregon, Ohio passed away June 22, 2020 at his home in El Paso, Texas. The son of Alfonso and Guadalupe Hinojosa-DeLaPena he was born in Torrean- Coahuila, Mexico on March 26, 1926. He retired from General Dynamics Defense Contractor on May 31, 1991. He was skilled in various trades and built his own home.

Francisco is preceded in death by his parents; late wife, Ofilia; partner, Maria; and grandson, Alex DeAnda. He is survived by his sister, Antonia Limon; son, Alfonso; daughters, Sofia, Adela (John) Flores and Linda; grandsons, Steven (Amy), Michael, John, and Pilar; great-grandchildren, Victoria, Taylor, Estrella, Kelsey, Andrew, Jordan, and Diego; great great-grandchildren, Landyn, Julieanna, and Jaylee; and special niece/nephew, Mauda and Liborio. Francisco left behind a legacy of determination, nothing was impossible.
