Harley Rae-Ann Conley

Harley Rae-Ann Conley age 20 passed away on December 9, 2022, due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Harley was born in Napoleon, Ohio on September 24, 2002. She was a 2020 graduate of the Glass City Academy. Harley was blessed with a beautiful baby boy last year and became the most amazing mother. She took Xavier everywhere with her and loved her baby so very much. Harley had an infectious laugh and a goofy smile. She enjoyed watching Ohio State and the 49ers. Harley was full of life and was already looking forward to her 21st birthday at Put-in-Bay next year with her family. She was taken too soon and will be missed forever.

Harley is survived by her baby boy Xavier Thomas; mother Valerie (Samuel McIntosh) Garcia; father Robert Conley; grandmothers Susan Mattoni and Kathy (Butch) Hayman; siblings Alexis Garcia and Christopher Mattoni-Helton; nephew Antonio Jr.; niece Ariyah; the father of her son Quantrell Thomas; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandpa Larry Crapsey, grandpa Robert Conley Sr., Grandma Nellie, Grandma Doris, Great-Grandma Lucy, and an angel baby earlier this year.    

A visitation will be held at Freck Funeral Chapel 1155 S. Wynn Rd. in Oregon, Ohio on Friday, December 16, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Memorial contributions are appreciated to the family through the donation link on the funeral home website.
