Jessica Marie Ramirez-Todoroff

Jessica Marie Ramirez-Todoroff, age 47, of Oregon, OH, passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2023. She was born in Oregon, OH on October 14, 1975 to Ubaldo and Diana (Garcia) Ramirez. She married the love of her life, Carlos and together they raised their family. Jessica was a 1994 graduate of Waite High School and was employed as a Lab tech for Mercy Healthcare. Jessica enjoyed hosting parties and cooking, however, her greatest love was spending time with her family and friends.

Jessica leaves behind her loving husband, Carlos; her son, Alex; her grandson, Roman; her parents, Ubaldo and Diana Ramirez; her grandmother, Mary Retana; and many extended family and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Martin Garcia Jr.; and her Aunt Gloria Salazar.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the funeral chapel on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Memorial contributions in her name may be made to The Toledo Area Humane Society.
