Linda Jeanne Rice

Linda Jeanne Rice age 73, of Point Place, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family Saturday, February 13, 2021. Linda was born to Frederick and Marion Rice in Toledo, Ohio on May 15, 1947. She worked for General Mills and was a member of the safety committee. Linda enjoyed being outdoors, camping, and taking nature walks. She loved her grandchildren above all else.

Linda is survived by her daughter Kim (Jerry) Ward; grandchildren Destiny (Mike) Ward and Jerry (Sandra) Ward II; great-grandchildren Melody, Caitelynn, and Mariah; sister Janet (Magoo) Smith and cousin Sue Weeder.

A memorial gathering will be held at Freck Funeral Chapel in Oregon, Ohio on Friday from 3 until 6 p.m. Memorial contributions are appreciated to the Lucas County Pit Crew.
