Lucille L. Waldmannstetter

Lucille L. Waldmannstetter age 90 of Oregon, Ohio passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at the Majestic Care Center. Lucy was born to Frank and Julia (Toth) Nagy on February 28, 1932, in Toledo, Ohio. She was a 1949 graduate of Central Catholic High School. Lucy married Rupert “Bob” Waldmannstetter. They were married 31 years before his passing. She retired from Libbey Owens Ford in 1988 after 30+ years of service. Lucy was a lifelong member of Epiphany of the Lord-St. Stephen Catholic Church where she was active in Altar Society, a member of the Rossford Eagles, St. Vincent Depaul Society, and the Oregon Senior Center. She was active in her younger years enjoying water exercise at the Eastern YMCA and helping raise her grandchildren.

Lucy is survived by her children Michelle (Donald) Draper, Mark (Cindy) Waldmannstetter, and Mary Jo (Edward) Lazur; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son Michael Waldmannstetter; granddaughter Rachel Grajczyk; sister Irene Haas and brother Frank Nagy   

Friends may visit Freck Funeral Chapel 1155 S. Wynn Rd. in Oregon on Friday, August 5, 2022, from 2 to 8 p.m. A funeral Mass will be held at Epiphany of the Lord Parish- St. Stephen Catholic Church 1880 Genesee St. in Toledo on Saturday, August 6, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Burial will follow in Lake Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions are appreciated to Epiphany of the Lord Parish or Central Catholic High School.
