Marcia Diane Ireland

Marcia Diane Ireland, 75, of Toledo, OH passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Monday, May 24, 2021. She was born August 8, 1945 in Toledo, OH to William and Pauline (Watson) Cole. Diane was a 1963 graduate of Waite High School. She worked for Time Services for over 50 years. She was a charitable woman who was very active within her church, Unity Methodist Church. Diane enjoyed dinners with her classmates throughout the years. She married the love of her life, Frederick, and together they spent many happy years raising their family. Diane loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Diane leaves behind her daughter, Deena (Robert); her grandchildren, Averie, Michael, Austin, Robert, and Jameson; her siblings, Deborah (Roy) and Tina (Ron); her sister-in-law, Maria; her special friend, Bill; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. She is preceded in death by her children, Michael, Wendy and Freddy; her husband, Frederick; her siblings, Butch and Gary; and her parents.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Saturday, May 29, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Memorial contributions in her name may be made to Unity Methodist Church, Northwood, OH. The family wishes to thank Elizabeth and her team from Hospice of Northwest Ohio for their compassion.
