Mary A Gregory

Mary A. Gregory, 75, of Oregon, Ohio passed away on Monday, November 15, 2021.  She was born on March 13, 1946 in Toledo, Ohio to Leo and Alice Juhnke.  Mary was a 1964 graduate of DeVilbiss High School.  Mary was the first female employee of Toledo City Council.  She worked in the Clerk of Council Office as a stenographer, for 30 years.  Mary loved spending time with her grandchildren, they were her life.  In her spare time, she enjoyed sewing and quilting.  Mary was a die-hard Michigan fan.  She will be dearly missed.

Mary is survived by her son, Matthew (Mary) Gregory; granddaughters, Rylee and Preslee; her sister, Darla (Paul) Hullinger; nieces and nephews, Susan Hullinger, Paul Hullinger Jr, Patty Hullinger, and Brian Hullinger and extended family.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial gathering will be held at Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Saturday, December 4, 2021, from 12-2 p.m. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude’s Children Hospital or Wounded Warrior Project.
