Michael Charles Leslie

Michael Charles Leslie age 56 of Lake Township, Ohio passed away Thursday, November 11, 2021.

Mike was born to William K. (Bill) and Rose Mary (Halada) Leslie in Toledo, Ohio on April 3, 1965. He grew up in Perrysburg and was a graduate of Perrysburg High School where he played football. Mike received his Associates degree in Law Enforcement from Owens Community College.

He served as a police officer in Lake Township retiring after 25+ years of service. Mike was all Steelers all the time. He reenacted historical events at Seven Eagles in Grand Rapids, Ohio with his father and nephew and was a skilled buck skinner. In retirement, he enjoyed traveling in his camper across the nation with his beloved Cathy Will.

Mike was preceded in death by his father Bill and brother Martin Robert Leslie. He is survived by his mother Rose Mary; his daughters Kacee and Heather, brother Ken (Norma); Cathy Will; nephew Will (Annaliese) Leslie, Lily, Marty and Ryan Leslie, as well as stepchildren Chad Hale, Nikki Crouse, and Hayley Will, and grandchildren Oriyana, Sylas, Kennedy, Avery, Colt and Oliver.

There will be a visitation for family and friends Saturday 10 - 11, at Freck Funeral Chapel followed by a brief service and burial at Lake Township Cemetery.
