Paul Curtis Peace

Paul C. Peace, of Oregon, OH passed surrounded by his loved ones at Hospice of Northwest Ohio on February 14, 2018.  He was 71 years old.

Paul was born on August 19, 1946 in Jellico, TN to Demaris and Willard Peace.  Paul moved to Oregon, OH as a young child and resided in the area his whole life.  Paul was a Police Chief in the Village of West Millgrove, OH.  Paul was a talented musician and singer who frequently played his guitar at family gatherings and made recordings for his loved ones.  Paul loved Country music and Old Rock N’ Roll, especially Elvis Presley.  Paul loved going for long rides on his motorcycle and took many trips all over the US with Kathy, Cousin Mike and Debbie.

Paul is survived by his wife, Kathy Hendry; his children, Lisa Peace of Toledo, OH, Perry (Tammy) Miller of Fullerton, CA, Cody Peace of Toledo, OH, Brent Peace of Toledo, OH, Nick Hendry of Grand Rapids, OH, and Stacey (John) Keller of Toledo, OH.  Paul is survived by 7 grandchildren, one great-grandson and many other loved ones. Paul is preceded in death by his parents; Demaris and Willard, and brothers John and Willie. 

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Saturday, February 24, 2018, from 1p.m. until the time of Memorial Service at 3 p.m. In Lieu of flowers, please consider donating blood or contributing to the American Red Cross.
