Phyllis Jeanne "Wojcik" Patten

Phyllis Jeanne "Wojcik" Patten, 73, of Toledo, OH, passed away, Sunday, May 29, 2022 at the University of Toledo Medical Center. She was born June 17, 1948 to Stephen “Teff” and Lou Mae (Steward) Wojcik in Toledo, OH. Phyllis enjoyed sewing, crafting, and in her younger years camping and fishing with her family. Most of all, she loved the time spent with her family and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Phyllis leaves behind her loving husband, Pat Patten; her siblings, Sandy Moon, Kris (John) Keener, and Steve Wojcik; her special niece, Casey; and other nieces and nephews, Amy, Tracy, Stevie, and Jason. She was preceded in death by her parents, Stephen “Teff” and Lou Mae Wojcik, and her brother-in-law, Bobby Moon.

Memorial services will be private. Arrangements entrusted to Freck Funeral Chapel, Oregon, OH.
