Rolland L. Pratt

Rolland L. Pratt, age 80, passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at Mercy St. Charles Hospital in Oregon, OH. Rolland was born on October 13, 1943 in Oakwood, OH, to Rolland and Evelyn (Runion) Pratt. He served our country honorably in the US Marine Corps during the Cuban Missile Crisis. He later worked for Chrysler for 36 years, many as a union representative. When not at work, he enjoyed spending time with his family. He coached youth sports at CYO and travel baseball and softball. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Rolland is survived by his wife of 57 years, Joan; his children, John (Jennifer) Pratt, Kelly (Michael) Rajner; his grandchildren, Austin, Bryce, Aidan, Bryn; and his sister, Deanna Snyder. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ted.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd. in Oregon on Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. with the memorial service held at 3:00 p.m. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Epiphany of the Lord Parish-St. Thomas Aquinas Church.
