Rosalie Mary Wootton, 83, of Oregon, Ohio passed away on Monday, November 8, 2021 at MercyHealth-St. Charles Hospital. She was born on March 21, 1938 in Toledo, Ohio to Francis and Yolanda (Varady) Sanislo. Rose retired from the State of Ohio Department of Liquor Control, after 30 years of service. She volunteered at Bay Park Hospital for many years. Rose loved to read and spend time with her family.

Rose is survived by her children, Cheryl (Jeff) Berryman, Ronald (Michelle) Tesch; grandchildren, John (Carolyn) Berryman, Nichole (Aaron) Mochon, Steve (Mahjida) Berryman, and Christopher Tesch. She was known as Mimi Rose to, Layla, Cara, Rocco, and Drake Mochon and Willow and Myles Berryman. Rose is also survived by her brother, Frank Sanislo. She will be dearly missed. Rose was preceded in death by her parents, daughter-in-law, Connie Tesch; brother, Steve and infant sister, Yolanda.

A memorial gathering will be held at Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Friday, November 19, 2021, from 10-12:00 p.m. where a memorial service will follow at 12:00 p.m. Inurnment will take place at St. Ignatius Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Gardens of St. Francis Activities Department-Oregon Location.
