Tony Blake, Sr.

Tony Lee Carl Blake, Sr., age 54, of Swanton, OH, passed away surrounded by his family at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Toledo Campus on Thursday, May 4, 2023. He was born in Toledo, OH on August 2, 1968. Tony was known as a Master Mechanic and Entrepreneur with a passion for hot rods, music and fishing.  

Tony leaves behind the mother of his children, Tammy; his mother, Frances Holmes; his children, Tony Jr. (Klarissa), Timothy, Benny (Lindsay), and Heavenlie (Kyle); his grandchildren, Paisley, Benny II, Giovanni, Joshua, Yvonne, Nina, Adrian, Josie, and Levi; his siblings, Tamara, Tonya, Laura, Joseph Wally, Kimberly, and Robert. Many cousins' nieces, nephews and all the people who were lucky enough to call him a friend. He was preceded in death by his dad joe and his grandchildren, Alexander, Kyle, Memphis, Sarah. 

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Thursday, May 11, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with the funeral service to be held at 6:00 p.m. A celebration of life will be held right after the service at The American Legion Hall #537 4925 Pickle Rd. Oregon, Ohio 43616. Tony will be laid to rest at Toledo Memorial Park & Mausoleum.
