Wayne Eaglin

Wayne Eaglin, 82 of Toledo, Ohio passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 30th 2021. He was born in Champagne, Illinois on September 16th, 1939 to Harry and Lucille Eaglin.  Wayne served in the US Marines and was a quality control technician for Toledo Technologies. He enjoyed time with his family, his truck, camping and taking trips to Peru to see some of his favorite people. He was a patient, strong and dependable man. His well-timed Witt and sense of humor will be missed by everyone who knew him. 

Wayne is survived by his children: Brad Eaglin (Cindy), Kris Stephens (Rick), Angel Vance (Josh), John Yerg (Samantha), Donald Yerg, Ken Yerg (Tracy), Siblings: Nancy Bond, Shirleen Wilson, Donna Dull, Dolly Hadsell (Dike), Janet Shadler (Dave), and Mark Speck and his beloved grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his daughter, Roberta Bass (Danny); mother, Lucille Speck; father, Harry Eaglin (Mary) and his brother, Paul Speck.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Friday, January 7, 2022, from 2-8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday in the funeral home at 10:00 a.m.  The family request all guests to wear a mask.  Burial will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park.
