Grief Resources

When a death occurs, it marks the beginning of a difficult transition period. Our family and staff wish to express our sincere condolences to you and your family. Our desire is to provide personal service and support that will comfort and assist you during this time. As part of this effort, we have compiled a list of bereavement resources that offer help and hope.

Local Bereavement and Grief Support Groups

Alone Again

This group is for older adults who are experiencing the loss of a spouse through nursing home placement, divorce, death, or other causes and meets for dinner once a month.

Description: This group focuses on the support of bereaved parents experiencing pre-natal death (miscarriage, stillbirth, or the death of an infant). Parents can email infants name to be added to the memorial program to colleen.kwiatkowski@promedica.org
