Anna Ruth Nuszbaum

Anna Ruth Nuszbaum, 93, of Oregon, OH. passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Perrysburg Center.  She was born on July 18, 1923 in Lutts, TN. to James and Lula Smith.  Anna worked at Bingham Stamping until retiring, in 1987.  She was a member of Echo Meadows Church of Christ.  Anna was an avid seamstress, always crocheting and knitting in her spare time.  She enjoyed camping and blue grass, but most of all Anna loved watching her grandkids at their sporting events.  She will be dearly missed.

Anna is survived by her children, Jerry Nuszbaum, Mary Bishop, Susan (Barry) Hammaker and Sally (Glenn) Briones; 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Murrel, grandsons, Glenn and Christopher and her brother, John.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 from 10-1 p.m. where funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. with Pastor Nate Wolfe officiating.  Burial will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Echo Meadows Church of Christ.
