Cherie DeLuca

            Cherie A. DeLuca, 52, of Northwood, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loving family.  She was born on April 1, 1964 in Toledo to Kenneth and Carolyn Wilka.  Cherie was a graduate of Northwood High School and Penta County. She worked in customer service for BSN Jobst, retiring in 2002.  She also worked as a bar maid at Pub 51, Time Out and Hidden Hills Golf Course.

            Cherie is survived by her daughter, Macy DeLuca; Grandson, Brantley Caputo; Future Son-in-Law, Chad Caputo; adopted father, Ralph Pearsall; siblings, Valerie (Ken) Pfitzer, Natalie (Todd) Sorensen, Laurie (Dennis) Kornos, Kenny (Kim) Wilka; her loving companion, Van Evener; step-sisters, Mary Edwards and Krista Hardy.  She was preceded in death by her father Kenneth Wilka; mother Carolyn Watson and Brother Dennis Wilka.

A private service will be held for the family.  Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio 30,000 E. River Rd. Perrysburg, OH. 43551.
