Lisa S. (Kontak) Cousino

     Lisa Suzette Cousino, 52, of Northwood, Ohio passed away at Ebeid Hospice surrounded by family and friends on September 21, 2017.  She was born July 22, 1965.  Lisa was a 1983 graduate of Clay High School.  She was married to Tom Cousino on October 5, 1991.  Lisa was employed by Bay Park Community Hospital.  She was very proud of her twin daughters, Jenna and Nicole.  Anyone who had the privilege of knowing Lisa knew what a caring and loving person she was.  We would like to thank all the family and friends who helped her in any way, the wonderful staff at Ebeid and her special nurse, Wanda. 

     Lisa is survived by her daughters, Jenna (Nick) and Nicole (Shelby) Cousino; parents, Neil and Betty Kontak; sisters, Chris (Jim) Beeler and Angie (Craig) Kontak; brother, Kevin (Michelle) Kontak; her special sisters-in-law, Jody (Don) Chesher and Jamie Fincher; many nieces, nephews and wonderful aunts, uncles and cousins.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom; grandparents and her mother and father-in-law.

     Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Monday, September 25, 2017, from 2-8 p.m.  A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday in the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, please contribute to further education of Jenna and Nicole or the donor’s choice.  A special thank you to Pastor Pep and Deb Noggle.
