Lisa A (Lammie) Mominee

            Lisa Ann Mominee, 51, of Oregon, Ohio passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Mercy- St. Charles Hospital.  She was born on November 1, 1963 in Toledo to James and Lillian Lammie.  Lisa was a 1982 graduate of Waite High School and worked as an office manager for 21 years for Dr. Karaffa.

            Lisa was full of life and fun.  She loved spending time with her family and laughing as much as possible.  She enjoyed passing the time with her best friend, Sophia playing tiny UNO, waitress and growing flowers every spring.  Lisa enjoyed going to the cottage and was the family jarts champion.  She brought a smile to everyone’s face no matter the situation and she was the glue that kept everyone together.  She will be dearly missed.

            Lisa is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, David Mominee; daughters, Anna (Ryan) Gruetter, Emily (Wesley Strickland) Mominee, Mary Mominee and Lily Mominee; their sister cousin, Shannon (Joe) Lutman-Espinoza; granddaughters, Sophia and Lylah Gruetter and her first grandson on the way.  She is also survived by her siblings, Debra (Gary) Reddish, Cheryl Lutman, Kathy (Michael) Winterhalter, James P. (Deanna) Lammie, Barbara (William) Wampler and Christopher (Vicki) Lammie with many other loved family members.  Lisa was preceded in death by her parents.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 from 3-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday in the funeral home at 10 a.m.  Burial will follow at Lake Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the family fund at Sun Federal Credit Union.
