Helen L Dyer

            Helen L. Dyer, 94, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Toledo Center.  She was born on December 16, 1921 in Lancaster, Ohio to Orlie and Cleopatra (Coakley) Wright.  Helen worked for the Lucas County Welfare Department for 11 years, retiring in 1986.

            She is survived by her son, Ralph Joe Genson (Fay); daughter, MariLynn Bacon; grandchildren, Mike, Kathy, Dan, Doug and Diana; 17 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; brother, George Mogavero; sister, Linda Wright as well as many nieces, nephews and her special niece, Sharon.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert and son, Michael.

Visitation will be held at Freck Funeral Chapel on Wednesday from 11-1:30 p.m. where funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m.  Burial will follow at Allen Township Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association or to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
