Our family lived across the street from the Frayer's for years. I remember playing jump rope "Highwater-Lowwater" with Suzy and Carol MacAlear along with Joe. My brother Jim Rex and Ned Winch hung around with George. Al and Dorthy did neighborly things with my parents Arthur and Eileen Rex. Old memories...good times. Reno Beach was a great place to grow up back in the day! Lucky us!!! Our condolences to Joe's wife, children, grandchildren, and George, Sandy, and Sue.
Tom, Karen, Sue,and Jim Rex
Peace be with you, Joe!
