Dear Lisa and Erica,
I have the fondest memories of you mother. She mentored me the first year I taught and the 30 years following. She was a wonderful friend and I'm sorry we lost touch the last few years. Sarah was a terrific teacher.

Our lives were enriched with her love, her heart was as big as the earth. Watching her pick apples with her Grandson, potting plants with him, reading to him and shooting pool were just a few of the things he'll remember about her. She was so loving and caring and was the very best Mother-in-Law in the world. It's rare when you truly love your Mother-in Law as much as your own mother but I did. She loved to cook for you and everything she made was delicious. Mom and I would stay up after everyone went to bed and talk for hours. I loved to make her laugh and when she did her shoulders would bounce up and down. She was so cute, a tough cookie with a soft inside. Her legacy will live on in my wife (her daughter Lisa) and her grandson (Michael Francis). We are so happy she is with our Father in Heaven. Lisa, Erica, John and Jim, our Mother is the one that brought us together and it will be her that keeps us together. She is and always will be the glue. God Bless.

No words can describe such brilliance . An amazing teacher, mother, mentor, and strong independent woman. Her children and grandchildren made her smile, her students admire her teaching and respected her in everyway. I will miss her stories and funny comments, her elegance and grace. Such an impact she left on all of us. I could never call her by her first name....because she was my teacher. Ms. Shone has always been my teacher. I Love U Lisa, Erika, Jon , and Jim. Godspeed strength 2 your hearts and your family's in this Time.U all have one Big Powerfull guardian Angel. She will always be around watching. Love, Stef.
