Abriel Vincent Ruiz

Abriel Vincent “Abez” Ruiz age 34, of Toledo, Ohio passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2014. He was born to Paul and Amelia (Bermejo) Ruiz on October 12, 1979 in Toledo, Ohio. Abriel worked as a tattoo artist for Goodfella’s Tattoo / Electric Ink. Drawing was his passion, but Abez was also a writer filling pages of notebooks with all kinds of art.

Abriel is survived by his mother, Amelia Ruiz; siblings, Pablo Ruiz, Juanita Ruiz; nieces and nephews, Deleno and Dalaice Stine, Gabrielle and Mercedes Ruiz; Significant other, Tiana Villarreal; friends, Tiffany W., Mama Sue and Alexandria G. Also surviving are many uncles, aunts, extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Ruiz; grandparents, Pedro (Juana) Ruiz Sr. and Raymond (Tomasa) Bermejo.

Visitation will be held at  Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd. in Oregon on Monday, September 8, 2014 from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at North Oregon Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Community Tissue Services of Northwest Ohio.
