Shelly Lynn Marie (Laclair) Ansman

     Shelly Lynn Marie (Laclair) Ansman, 48, died Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center. She was born March 20, 1969 in Toledo to Robert Laclair and the late Connie (Magner) Laclair.  Shelly was a 1988 graduate of Waite High School and a former employee of Kroger’s on Woodville Rd. She was a member of the Northwood VFW Post #2984 Auxiliary.  Shelly enjoyed baking and collecting shot glasses.  She was a follower of the Steelers, OSU and Bon Jovi.

     In addition to her mother, Shelly is preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert Magner Sr. and Rose Magner.  She is survived by her daughter, Haley Ansman; godson, Emilio; best friend, Gina Cantu Flores; special uncle, Robert E. Magner Jr. and special aunt, Bobbie Magner Slawski and many special friends /family.  

     Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Monday, November 6, 2017 from 2-7 p.m. where a funeral service will be held at 7 p.m.  Northwood V.F.W. Post #2984 Auxiliary service will be at 6:45 p.m.
