Gregory Clifford "Greg" Adkins

            Gregory C. Adkins, 59, of Northwood, passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Whitehouse Country Manor. He was born in Toledo on July 31, 1958 to Kenneth and Patsy (Fisher) Adkins Sr. and was a graduate of Northwood High School and Penta County Vocational School. Greg married Linda Reamsnyder and shared 35 years together. He worked as a carpenter with the Local 1138 Union. Greg was a member of the Northwood V.F.W. Post #2984 Men’s Auxiliary. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapshooting and rides on his Fat Boy Harley or in Big Blue. Greg cherished time spent with family and friends and will be dearly missed.

           He is survived by his beloved wife; daughter, Erin (Travis Reeder) Adkins; granddaughters, Shelby, Alice and Celene and brother, Kenneth (Becky) Adkins Jr. He was preceded in death by his parents and furry pup, Bud Dog.

           A Memorial Service will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Monday August 21, 2017 at Freck Funeral Chapel 1155 S. Wynn Rd., Oregon, OH with the family to receive guests two hour prior. Inurnment will be private at Lake Township Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made directly to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or the Alzheimer’s Association.
